Starting with 100 plants in 2015, Garcia expanded to approximately 7,000 trees across nearly two hectares, emphasising soil health through organic fertilisation and shade trees such as pajuro.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis lot is an anaerobic washed Typica, shaped by extended fermentation and careful handling throughout. Harvesting is carried out selectively by hand.
