We bring high-quality, unique coffees from all over the world to Colorado Springs. We're Shepherd and Shihong: we have both worked in specialty coffee shops, have traveled worldwide to learn about the process of coffee farming, roasting, and serving, and are now making amazing coffee accessible to you in the Springs. We partner with roasters who are pioneering specialty coffee and craft unique beverages to serve exclusively through coffee pop-ups; future expansions are in the works, however.
