We only serve excellent single-origin coffee on espresso, no blends. This keeps our coffee in season year round and lets us showcase particularly interesting coffees every time we see you.

We come from a bartending background and create drinks with the same knowledge and considerations of flavor, texture, aroma, and visual appeal that you would expect from a great cocktail spot. We focus on fermentation and basic molecular gastronomy to develop flavor for our drinks.

We constantly partner with interesting, hard-to-get international and domestic roasters so that we can keep some of the world's best coffee in stock all the time. We seek partners that are focused on modern processes, auction and competition lots, and great camaraderie.

We primarily serve garden-compostable disposable cups, straws, lids, and cutlery. Anything else is fully recyclable and we're always looking to reduce our impact.
